* LPFM WDLP-LP Fenwick has been granted a construction permit to change its frequency from 92.9 to 93.1


* Rock WJXQ-FM 106.1 has been granted its license to cover to change its community of license from Jackson to Charlotte


* WJZL-FM 92.7 Charlotte has been granted a construction permit to change its community of license from Charlotte to Grand Ledge, change frequency to 92.9, change effective radiated power from 1,500 watts @ 466 feet to 4,600 watts @ 374 feet, and change tower location from southwest of Lansing to downtown Lansing. These changes will give the station much better coverage throughout the city.
