Citadel Spins 11 Stations Into Trust For Sale: CITADEL announces which stations it's putting into a trust for divestiture, and the list of 11 stations includes: Sports WWLS-F and Regional Mexican KINB/OKLAHOMA CITY, Talk KARN-F, and Gospel KPZK-F and KVLO, Adult Alternative WCLZ and Alternative WCYI/PORTLAND, ME, Urban AC KNEK-F (MAGIC 104)/LAFAYETTE, LA, Classic Rock WYLZ (WHEELZ 104.5 AND 101)/SAGINAW (simulcast WILZ stays), Classic Rock KBZU/ALBUQUERQUE, and Urban AC WMGL/CHARLESTON, SC. The stations, being spun off as part of the company's purchase of ABC RADIO, are being transferred to the LAST BASTION STATION TRUST, headed by MEDIA VENTURE PARTNERS' ELIOT EVERS, and will be operated seperately while EVERS shops them to potential buyers.
