Back: Syndicated-from-Washington Russ Parr, mornings on Radio One-owned WHTD-FM (102.7), starting Thursday. Parr, now aligned with Radio One stablemate Tom Joyner (mornings on WDMK-FM, 105.9), was broomed from 105.9 for low ratings back when the station played hip-hop instead of R&B... Ann Arbor News:

Although larger questions about the direction of the University of Michigan's sports radio package remain unanswered, local listeners will be able to dial into Michigan football games on a familiar spot this fall: WTKA-AM (1050). The Ann Arbor-based all-sports station announced it has renewed its agreement with the university's broadcast partner, Host Communications, to be an affiliate for Michigan football and men's basketball. WTKA will carry Michigan hockey, women's basketball and select baseball and softball games, as well. "This means everything to us. It's our identity,'' said WTKA program director Ryan Maguire"... WTKA remains affiliate for U-M (Wed 4/12)
