The attorney for Kevin Grady Sr. wanted out of his lawsuit against radio host Tyrone Bynum over on-air comments. Stephen Grimm and Grady "reached a fundamental and irreparable disagreement as to the prosecution of the case," Grimm wrote, in a motion denied Friday by Kent County Circuit Judge George Buth. But Grady, 42, has support: Bynum's radio rival, Robert S., whose real name is Robert Womack, offered to testify for Grady... (Sat 5/20)
