South Bend-based ABC affiliate WBND-TV (Channel 57) suffered a blown transmitter tube early Saturday morning that left some viewers without service through the weekend and into Monday. "We're on low-power backup," WBND General Manager Jeff Guy said Monday, "which is affecting our signal strength."
A replacement part had been ordered and was expected to be at the station by 5 p.m. Monday... The problem's not in your TV (Tue 6/13)
