West Michigan country music fans have come to know the phrase "Passion' for Bashin'" very well. The annual B-93 Birthday Bash consistently attracts more than 50,000 fans each year, making it one of the area's most anticipated music events. Now that's passion. Celebrating its 14th year, the WBCT-FM (93.7) party is adding a new wrinkle: For the first time, the event has been expanded to two full days with twice as many acts. Sister station WBFX-FM (101.3), meanwhile, is bringing back its one-day classic-rock Fox Fest. That means the home of the Ionia Free Fair is bracing for three days of passion, Friday through June 11... Birthday Bash to run two full days (Sun 6/4)


The Children's Miracle Network will be broadcast live on WOTV-TV (Channel 4) from DeVos Children's Hospital from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today. This year's hosts will be Maranda and Barnaby from WOTV, Bill Steffen, Terri Deboer and Eva Aguiree Cooper from WOOD-TV (Channel 8). They will be joined by Gary Allen of News Radio WOOD-AM (1300) and Steve and Sabrina of Star (105.7). Children's Miracle Network is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping kids by raising funds for 170 children's hospitals across North America... WOTV 4 to air Children's Miracle Network (Sun 6/4)


For nearly four decades, PBS-TV's "Sesame Street" has taken imaginative children to a friendly street in New York City. Soon, TV may give children a glimpse into the garage studio of a West Michigan artist and his back yard full of colorful characters. "Come On Over!" a half-hour children's show under production in Holland, will debut in September on WOTV (cable Channel 4)... Artist, Children's Museum collaborate on kids show (Sun 6/4)
