The ever-competitive race for Detroit radio listeners is getting a little bit tighter. Two stations at opposite ends of the musical spectrum -- country WYCD-FM and urban WJLB-FM -- finished the spring quarter tied for first place in the contest for all-day listenership. They leapfrogged R&B station WMXD-FM, which had held the lead for the previous two quarters, and now sits at No. 3, just a tenth of a rating point behind the leaders. That skinny difference was characteristic of much of the top 10, with several other stations within sniffing distance of the top spot, including WRIF-FM, WJR-AM, WOMC-FM, WKQI-FM and WWJ-AM...
