Detroit Free Press:

It's not hard to figure out that Robert Murrell is a radio enthusiast. Murrell, 51, of Berkley sometimes wears a blue shirt that features a pattern of antique radios. "The scary part is he can tell you about each radio on the shirt," said John Reinicke, who, like Murrell, belongs to the Michigan Antique Radio Club. Reinicke and Murrell used their personal collections of radios from as far back as the start of the 20th Century to put together a display of antiques at the Clinton-Macomb Public Library in Clinton Township. The radios are on display on the first floor at the Clinton-Macomb Public Library through Aug. 30. The library is at 40900 Romeo Plank Road in Clinton Township. It's open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Thursday; from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and closed on Sunday. The Michigan Antique Radio Club will also sponsor a show and sale on Nov. 4 in Kalamazoo at the Kalamazoo County Fairgrounds... Radio collection on display (Sun 8/13)

Chances are, if you've been watching the Detroit Tigers on FSN Detroit, you've witnessed some pretty shocking things. They include a woman charging into an expensive-looking painting at a gallery, like an outfielder crashing into a wall to make a catch; a man getting up from a business meeting to throw a piece of food through a window, like a pitcher making a throw, and a woman slapping another woman on the bottom as she drinks from a water fountain, just like members of a sports team sometimes congratulate each other... Getting into the spirit of the game: We're all Tigers (Mon 8/14)
