• Rock WZUU FM 92.3 Allegan has been granted a construction permit to change its community of license to Mattawan, move its broadcast tower into Kalamazoo County just west of the city of Kalamazoo, and increase its effective radiated power to 6,000 watts @ 322 feet from 860 watts @ 600 feet. The changes will effectively give WZUU full coverage over Kalamazoo which currently could be considered as a rimshot to the market. Sister station Oldies WQXC-FM 100.9 will change its community of license from Otsego to Allegan to maintain that community's "first radio service".

• Horizon Christian Fellowship is acquiring the construction permits for FM translators W227AS 93.3 Whitehall and W243BH 96.5 Muskegon for $6336 each from Radio Assist Ministry pending FCC approval and closing.

• Horizon Christian Fellowship is also acquiring the construction permits for FM translators W286AU 105.1 Allegan, W258AO 99.5 Hillsdale, W277BB 103.3 Grand Haven, W279BF 103.7 Hasings, and W237BW 95.3 Forest Hills from Edgewater Broadcasting for $7433 each pending FCC approval and closing.
