Windsor's CIDR-FM (93.9) is rolling down The River once more, and this week it fired a volley over the deck of youthful rival, CKUE-FM (95.1) The Rock. The River went back to the name it used before 2000 when it switched formats from classic to light rock. CHUM-owned 93.9 has struggled with stagnant ratings in recent years, in both Windsor and Detroit, where it ranks No. 23 out of 36 stations. In Windsor, CIDR's spring ratings fell drastically from the previous year... Raging River (Thu 9/7)
