MB&T CEO Doug Chaffin welcomed people to the fourth floor of the bank's new headquarters in the predawn darkness Thursday morning. Bank officials, friends, family and curious onlookers were arriving to watch a remote broadcast of Paul W. Smith's morning show on WJR. The event was part of the grand opening for the bank. Coincidentally it also marked Paul W.'s 10-year anniversary anchoring the morning spot on Detroit's legendary radio station... Monroe's own radio master (Sat 10/14)
