Win or lose, the World Series continues to be must-see TV locally, with Detroit Tigers fans blasting the ratings out of the park. But nationally the numbers, like the Tigers, failed to deliver major-league results for Tuesday night's game 3 on Fox. In Metro Detroit, that heartbreaking loss pulled a 37.1 household rating with a 52 share for WJBK-TV Channel 2, according to Nielsen Media Research...
