• The CRTC has approved the application by Blackburn Radio to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CKUE-FM Chatham, in order to change the frequency of its transmitter CKUE-FM-1 Windsor from 95.1 MHz (channel 236A) to 100.7 MHz (channel 264B1) and to change the authorized contours by increasing the average effective radiated power (ERP) from 1,950 watts to 3,840 watts.
