In broadcasting, the spin doctors always show up when a ratings book comes out. How will the top executives at stations position -- or spin -- the rating numbers to make potential advertisers think their stations are No. 1 in some category? My analysis of the summer radio Arbitron ratings are spin-free. They are based on the 12-plus category for commercial stations in Kent and Ottawa counties. Simply put, this refers to listeners who are 12 and older... Local-radio leader remains B-93 in latest survey (Sun 11/5)
