When John Sheffler closes the microphone at noon today, it will mark the end of an era at Central Michigan University Public Radio. It also marks the beginning of a new Sheffler era. "When you do something for 30 years, it becomes deeply ingrained in your being," Sheffler said. His last show as the host of CMU Public Radio's morning classical music show is set to begin at 9 a.m. Sheffler isn't leaving the station; he's become the boss. He took over as director of radio in September... New era begins for CMU Public Radio (Fri 12/22)
