Cadillac's Fox 33 to carry morning news from Fox 2 Detroit starting January 8th

Fox 33, WFQX-TV Channel 33 Cadillac. will offer Detroit’s top rated morning TV news show to Northern Michigan viewers beginning Monday, January 8th. Fox2 News Morning On Fox 33 will be broadcast live each weekday morning from 6 – 8am.

“We’re thrilled with the opportunity to offer our viewers this terrific regional news and entertainment show,” says Fox 33 General Manager Bruce Pfeiffer. “Fox2 News Morning On Fox 33” gives Northern Michigan viewers full access to Detroit’s #1 morning TV news program. It’s a unique, tremendously successful Michigan based show that up-north morning viewers will be anxious to see”.

The show is produced by Detroit FOX affiliate WJBK and is shared with Fox 33 through a cooperative arrangement offering local advertising opportunities to Northern Michigan businesses. As FOX affiliates in Michigan WFQX Fox 33 and WJBK Fox2 News are actively pursuing other ventures that would benefit area viewers.

“This show has a regional appeal that simply isn’t offered by any other Northern Michigan TV station” says Pfeiffer. “Morning viewers in our part of the state now have another choice. We think they’ll be very pleased”.



I absolutely love the Detroit morning show offered in Northern Michigan and I hope it continues!
