Michael Shumpert felt "there was a void as far as a talk program that addresses women." So he did something to fill it. The WOWE-FM (98.9) owner turned to GreenStone Media, a relatively new, female-run radio concern that lists Jane Fonda and Gloria Steinem among its founders, and came up with "Rolonda." The show, airing noon-3 p.m. weekdays, is hosted by Rolonda Watts, the actress and former TV news reporter best known for her four-year run as a syndicated TV talk show host... WOWE-FM gets positive response to 'Rolonda,' a new talk show (Fri 1/5)
