• In December, Educational Media Foundation swapped the format and call sign of its two Tri-Cities Contemporary Christian stations. 'Air 1' WTRK FM is now heard on FM 90.9 having moved from 89.1. In turn, 'K-Love' WLKB FM shifted from FM 90.9 to 89.1. WLKB FM 89.1 has been granted program test authority for its new 50,000 watt directional facilities in Bay County.

• Calvary Satellite Network FM translator W204CB 88.7 Caro has been granted a construction permit to move to FM 89.3 as W207BX.

• Rock WZUU FM completed its frequency change from 92.3 to 92.5 on Friday January 12th. The new transmission facilities are located in Kalamazoo County much closer to the city of Kalamazoo, having moved from Allegan County. The station also changed its power from 860 watts @ 600 feet to 6,000 watts @ 322 feet.

• The Escanaba translator of WLUC-TV 6 Marquette, W14CE Ch. 14, has been granted a construction permit to change its transmitter location from the northern part of the city to the downtown area. The station had been operating from these facilities with special temporary authority since August 2006. An application for the license to cover was filed two days after the construction permit grant.
