Dave Woodruff cried Tuesday morning as he watched his brother Bob return to national television, 13 months after he was injured by a roadside bomb that exploded while he was reporting for ABC News in Iraq. "We were thrilled beyond words," said Dave Woodruff, 47, of Birmingham. "This is the day that we've been praying for all these months, for him to come back and speak for himself and tell the story.
