Hope College's WTHS FM 89.9 Holland was served with the NAL in the amount of $7,000 for the late application and unauthorized operation combo as was Wayne Kowalski's translator W251AD 98.1 Alpena. Lake Superior State's WLSO FM 90.1 Sault Ste Marie was served with notice of a $1,500 fine for its late renewal application.
