Dustin Yoder found himself doing weird tasks, working crazy hours with lots of weekends spent paying his dues in the promotions department at a locally owned Regent radio station. All in hopes of breaking into the broadcast business. "Promotions assistants are a notch above worms," the 23-year-old joked. But it's all about paying your dues, especially in the radio and TV world, where many graduating college students who studied in communications want the glory of being the on-air anchor in television news or sports, or the highly paid morning drive radio talent...
