• Spring Arbor University has been served with a Notice of Apparent Liability by the FCC for a late license renewal application and unauthorized operation of a translator for WSAE-FM in Kalamazoo. W258AH 99.5 was served with a NAL in the amount of $7,000 for the transgressions however the station was also granted its license renewal despite the fines.

• WWKR FM 94.1 Hart was granted a construction permit to change effective radiated power from 13,000 watts @ 463 feet to 5,000 watts @ 682 feet. The station's antenna will move from Mason County southeast of Ludington to Oceana County east of Hart.
