• Darby Advertising was the winning bidder for two FM allocations at the conclusion of FCC Auction No. 70. FM 95.3 Frederic was won with a bid of $20,000 in round 1 and FM 94.7 Paradise was won with a bid of $11,250 in round 37. Both allotments are for Class A stations.

• The transaction swapping licenses of AM 1210 Kingsley/Traverse City and AM 750 Petsokey between Stone Communications and Fort Bend Broadcasting was approved by the FCC. Stone Communications will be obtaining AM 1210 with Fort Bend acquiring AM 750 along with a payment of $244,000.

• Spring Arbor University was granted a license to cover for a new translator of Adult Contemporary
WSAE-FM 106.9 in Chelsea at FM 98.3 (W252BA).
