• William Struyk and Ronald Mass, the owners of WGHN-FM/AM 92.1/1370 Grand Haven, announced that the stations were being sold to Will Tieman. According to the sales papers on file with the FCC, the sale price was $1.15 million.
• WION AM 1430 Ionia was granted a construction permit to change its daytime power from 5,000 watts using a 3-tower directional array to 4,700 watts using a single (non-directional) tower. The station's 330 watt 3-tower nighttime pattern is not being changed.
• The sale of WDOW AM 1440 Dowagiac from LeSea Broadcasting to Langford Broadcasting was granted by the FCC. Sale price on this transacation was $90,000.
