'Come On Over," the locally produced children's TV show, has been nominated for 10 Michigan Emmy Awards. The show, a co-production of the Grand Rapids Children's Museum and its creator and star, Holland artist and musician Joel Schoon Tanis, debuted in October on WOTV-TV (Channel 4). "We are thrilled with these nominations that validate the amazing efforts of so many talented people who have made this show possible," said Teresa Thome, executive director of the Children's Museum and CEO of Enthusiastic Productions, the company that produces the show. The Michigan Emmy Awards will be presented June 16 in Detroit... 'Come On Over!' up for statewide Emmys (Wed, 5/23)
