• WAHS FM 89.5 Auburn Hills has been granted a construction permit to increase its effective radiated power from its current 100 watts @ 141 feet to 2,400 watts @ 177 feet with a directional antenna. The station's listenable coverage area would likely expand over much of east central Oakland County and into the western Macomb communities of Sterling Heights, Utica, Shelby Township, and parts of Warren. WAHS is currntly programmed by high school students from the Avondale School District, owner of the station.

• It was announced that soft rock WBNZ FM 99.3 Frankfort is being sold by Fort Bend Broadcasting to The Kalil Holding Group, LLC pending FCC approval and closing. The sale price was not disclosed and it's believed that Kalil Holding Group will be selling the station once again.

• Soft adult contemporary WSAG FM 104.1 Pinconning has been granted a construction permit to change its community of license to Linwood. The license to cover for this change was granted on June 6th, 2007.
