• Soft Rock WOOD-FM (105.7) Grand Rapids was granted a construction permit to move its permanent transmission facilities to the same broadcast tower recently put into use by WVGR-FM (104.1) in Barry County. The location of this new tower is close enough to WOOD-FM's currently licensed broadcast location so that it will be able to retain some of its 'superpower' status- the new facilities will have an effective radiated power of 265,000 watts @ 581 feet. WOOD-FM is licensed to use 265,000 watts @ 810 feet from a broadcast tower shared with WOOD-TV, but has been operating from its backup facilities (99,000 watts @ 580 feet) on that same tower for some time due to WOOD-TV needing the tower space for its digital television operations.

• Educational Media Foundation will be acquiring the construction permit for FM translator W289BB 105.7 Port Huron from Radio Assist Ministry as part of larger swap of translators between the groups.
