• Cornerstone Baptist Educational Ministries (Cornerstone University) was granted a construction permit for a new non-commercial educational FM station at 89.9 to be licensed to Benton Harbor. The construction permit for a Class A station specifies 250 watts at 335 feet. Cornerstone currently owns and operates WCSG FM 91.3 and WAYG FM 89.9 Grand Rapids along with WAYK FM 88.3 Kalamazoo and has a construction permit
for FM 90.9 Springfield.

• Hot Adult Contemporary WQBX FM 104.9 Alma has applied to change its community of license to Fowler, change frequency to 104.7, and move its transmitter from Gratiot county south toward Lansing in between St. Johns and DeWitt in central Clinton County.
