Tim Harris, formerly from the team of Tim and Kim in the morning on country WNWN-FM 98.5 Battle Creek/Kalamazoo, leaves after two strong books to cut his morning commute from 2 1/2 hours each way, to only 30 minutes. Tim joins Lake Michigan Broadcasting as the new morning guy for 'Your Country Z95' WKZC Ludington/Manistee. Tim also voicetracks for sister station WKLA (AC) mid-days.

Justice Goes To Tucson
ALL ACCESS hears that CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WOOD-A and WTKG-A APD/weekender JON JUSTICE is getting the full-time nod as the morning man at JOURNAL Talk KQTH (104.1 THE TRUTH)/TUCSON. JUSTICE, who has been one of several hosts to try oput for the gig, worked in the TUCSON MARKET co-hosting mornings with JOHN MICHAEL, now a weekender at KROQ/LOS ANGELES, at Alternative KFMA in 1999-2000. His experience also includes stints at WKLQ/GRAND RAPIDS, WKLS (96 ROCK) and WMAX (REAL RADIO)/ATLANTA and KCXX (X103.9)/SAN BERNARDINO; he finishes up at WOOD on AUGUST 9. (Tue, 7/31)
