In these days of cutbacks and a glut of nationally syndicated radio programming, it's a rare treat to be able to tout a locally generated show like "Detroit Today ," the news and interview show that airs from 10 a.m. to noon daily on Detroit Public Radio WDET-FM (101.9) . "Detroit Today" is almost always an engaging listen, with a nice mix of hard news, enterprise reporting and music and cultural pieces. Quinn Kleinfelter and Matt Watroba have been doing a good job juggling the anchor slot, but now WDET confirms that it has chosen a permanent host for the show: Craig Fahle, who left the station during the turbulent Michael Coleman era...
