Griffins renew partnership with WOOD 1300
The partnership between the Grand Rapids Griffins and their flagship station, Newsradio WOOD 1300, will extend to 14 consecutive seasons, thanks to a new three-year agreement between the American Hockey League club and Clear Channel Radio. “Labatt Griffins Hockey,” a centerpiece of Newsradio WOOD 1300’s programming lineup since the team’s inaugural campaign in 1996-97, will maintain its current home through at least the 2009-10 season.
