Founder of Family Life Radio Network dies
Charlotte Anne Bolthouse (Char), 1926-2007, went home to be with the Lord on Thanksgiving Day at 4:20 p.m. after struggling with Alzheimer's for many years. "Char's gentle spirit helped to set the tone for Family Life Radio's mission to reach people for Christ. She will be greatly missed," said Dr. Randy Carlson, president of Family Life Communications Incorporated, Family Life Radio's parent company. Char Bolthouse helped to inspire a broadcast ministry during her lifetime, and now that her work is complete, she has joined our Lord in heaven. It is with mixed emotions of sadness and joy that we say farewell to Family Life Radio's co-founder -- an energetic wife, friend and faithful servant of Jesus.
