Mt. Pleasant Morning Sun:

Greg Siefker, 62, has sold his station, WMLM 1520 AM, to Krol Communications Inc., which owns Z92.5 WJSZ FM "The Castle" in Ashley-Owosso. "Basically I'm retiring," Siefker said. "It's age more than anything. I've had 30 years of 10-, 12- and 14-hour days. That's long hours. I don't want to do it anymore. "Besides, the last couple of years I've dodged some health bullets. The time is just right." Paperwork for the ownership change was filed Friday with the FCC. "That process will take between 30 and 60 days," Siefker said. "I will be involved in the transition period and stay on to do some advertising sales for awhile on a contract basis where I can set my own hours, but I will no longer be on the air." He founded WMLM in 1977 in downtown St. Louis... Radio station WMLM sold (Mon, 2/11)

- note: Sale price of WMLM is $205,000
