Programming shifts are in effect at Regent Rhythmic WRCL (Club 93.7)/Flint, MI, as MD/morning personality Clay Church has been upped to PD. Why? Because the previous PD, Nathan Reed, resigned last month to become PD of Clear Channel Top 40 WVKS (Kiss 92.5)/Toledo, that's why. Club 93.7 night jock Ian Richards will inherit Church's MD duties. Meanwhile, Reed starts his new gig at WVKS next Monday, April 28. (Wed, 4/23)
