WYZO Rounds Out Its On-Air Lineup-
MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS Country WYZO (Y96.5)/KALAMAZOO, MI PD/middayer PJ LACEY has hired NASSAU BROADCASTING Country WTHT/PORTLAND, ME weekend jock CHAD "DANIELS" LEIGHTON for MD/nights. LANSER BROADCASTING Contemporary Christian WJQK (99.3)/GRAND RAPIDS, MI weekender/part-timer BOB BATEMAN joins for afternoons. BATEMAN, also a former afternooner at CLEAR CHANNEL Country WMIL/MILWAUKEE, will continue to voicetrack for WJQK. PJ has also tapped a couple of weekenders -- former MIDWEST Classic Hits WFAT/KALAMAZOO personality LARRY LONG joins for part-time duties, as well JAY "UNCLE BUCK" MORRIS from sister News/Talk/Sports WKZO-A, where he is the mid-morning guy. He will retain his duties on WKZO-A. Y96.5 flipped from Classic Hits WFAT to Country WYZO in FEBRUARY (NET NEWS 2/19) and had been building its airstaff. All new staffers are already in place.
