WDIV new daytime programming lineup to start Sept 8
WDIV Local 4's new lineup of daytime programming is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 8th. The Rachel Ray Show, returning for it's third season on Local 4, moves to a new time slot this fall. Beginning September 8th, The Rachel Ray Show will air weekdays at 11 a.m. on Local 4, following The Ellen Degeneres Show weekdays at 10 a.m. NBC's fourth hour of The Today Show hosted by Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb will shift to afternoons, airing weekdays at 2 p.m.
In addition, two new exciting game shows join the WDIV afternoon lineup on September 8th. The new half-hour daytime version of Deal Or No Deal hosted by Howie Mandel premieres weekdays at 3 p.m. The daily Deal Or No Deal follows the basic format of the primetime hit but adds several new twists to the game, including fewer cases for better odds and more contestants. Then, weekdays at 3:30 p.m., Meredith Vieira hosts Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. The daily edition of the popular game show challenges contestants to take risks and strain their brain in pursuit of the big prize money.
