Just when it looked like the WRIF-FM morning show with Mike Clark, Trudi Daniels, Marc Fellhauer and Mike Wolters made it through a year's worth of ratings without much of a drop despite Drew Lane's departure, then came Tuesday's Arbitron numbers. June, July and August showed precipitous drops among all listeners and in the age 25-54 demo for the Clark-helmed show ... 'Mike in Morning' blows a ratings tire (Wed, 9/17)

The top 5 overall stations in the second ratings trend of the summer were WWJ, WMXD, WJR, WVMV, and WKQI. WWJ enjoyed a sizable jump, likely thanks to the station's coverage of the scandal involving Kwame Kilpatrick. Ratings for pop WDVD also continue to climb...
