Traverse City Record-Eagle:

The faith-based message being broadcast through the airwaves over northern Michigan has been the same for 25 years. The Christian Good News message of God's love and Jesus' assurance of everlasting life is the message that Good News Media has beamed to its radio listeners since making it broadcast debut on Dec. 23, 1982. The Traverse City-based nonprofit radio station works its call letters WLJN into their motto, "We're Lifting Jesus' Name," the same words that are the goal of dedicated staffers who provide Christian talk and musical programming for listeners tuned to 89.9 FM, 1400 AM in Traverse City and WLJW 1370 AM in Cadillac... On-Air Message: Radio station spreads 'Good News' for 25 years (Sat, 10/25)
