WPXD TV Ann Arbor has proposed changing its post-transition DTV allotment from Channel 31 to Channel 19. The proposal states the change would enable it to serve 145% of its current post-transition digital service area population should it be approved. If the station were to be approved and built according to the coordinates given in this proposal, the station would become a move-in and become a full-fledged Detroit station with its transmitter located near 11 Mile and Inkster Roads -- the same tower currently used by Channel 50 and the analog operation of Channel 56. • No notable activity for October 16.
