• The applications for the transfer of Ann Arbor stations WWWW-FM 102.9, WQKL-FM 107.1, WTKA AM 1050, and WLBY AM 1290 along with Battle Creek stations WBCK-FM 95.3, WBXX-FM 104.9, WBCK AM 930, and WBFN AM 1400 to Cumulus from Clear Channel in exchange for an FM station in Canton Ohio was refiled with the FCC. The original announcement of this exchange was first announced in November 2006 and although Cumulus has been operating the 4 Ann Arbor stations along with WBCK-FM and WBXX-FM for more than a year, the exchange has not been completed. Cumulus has also reapplied to transfer silent WBFN AM 1400 Battle Creek to Family Life Communications and to place WBCK AM into trust so it can also be sold.
