• The FCC approved the sale of WIDG AM 940 St. Ignace to Baraga Broadcasting from Northern Star Broadcasting. Sale price for the station was $100,000. WIDG, which had been silent since earlier in the year, is expected back on the air soon with a simulcast of the Catholic-based religious programming offered by Baraga's WTCK FM 90.9 Charlevoix.

• No notable activity for October 27.
