• Classic rock WGFM FM 105.1 Cheboygan was granted its license to cover for completion of a construction permit that changed the station's effective radiated power from 100,000 watts @ 610 feet to 43,000 watts @ 968 feet and relocated the transmitter from central Cheboygan county to the southeast part of Charlevoix county. The changes effectively shifted the station's coverage area to the southwest of Cheboygan.

• Contemporary Christian WTLI FM 89.3 Bear Creek Twp (Boyne City) was granted a construction permit to increase radiated power from 17,000 watts (vertical polarization) @ 1023 feet to 50,000 watts (vertical polarization) @ 1023 feet with a directional antenna.

• No notable activity for October 29.
