• Country WFBE FM 95.1 Flint has been granted a construction permit to modify its broadcast facilities. The station's antenna will move slightly southeast from Flint to Burton to where sister station WTRX AM 1330 originates and change effective radiated power from 50,000 watts @ 243 feet to 34,000 watts @ 318 feet above average terrain. The station's pattern will remain directional toward the north and west.

• Jason Communications, former license holder of WDOW-FM/AM 92.1/1440 Dowagiac, (currently WHPD-FM and WDOW AM) received a $3,000 forfeiture order for failing to timely file license renewal applications for the stations in 2004 prior to their sale. FCC Forfeiture Order (.pdf)

• College WVAC-FM 107.9 Adrian was granted a construction permit to slightly modify its broadcast facilities. WVAC's antenna will be mounted on a new tower on Adrian College's campus and its average height above terrain will increase slightly from 81 to 84 feet and remain at 87 watts. The station is currently operating with special temporary authority while the work on the new tower is completed.

• No notable activity for November 13.

I was thinking this would happen once WFBE and WTRX became co-owned. A short spacing issue I understand prevented locating WFBE's transmitting facilities to WTRX's tall north tower until now.
