• Children's/pop WFDF AM 910 Detroit has applied for program test authority and its license to cover to increase its nighttime power to 25,000 watts from 19,000 watts. WFDF's nighttime signal has been observed as being stronger in Macomb county.

• Classic hits WLKM-FM 95.9 Three Rivers was granted a construction permit to increase power from 3,000 watts at 289 feet to 3,600 watts at 425 feet. The station would change to a directional pattern and move its tower loccation from just south of Three Rivers towards the southeast near Centreville.

• No notable activity for December 10-12 and 15-16.
