Radio and Records:

Street Talk reports: After propelling MacDonald Garber Top 40 WKHQ/Traverse City, MI to its highest ratings in more than three years, the lovely and talented Director/FM Ops Dave B. Goode made the decision to hand over the PD reins to APD/afternoon talent Greg Grose, a.k.a. Lunchbox. "This will allow me to put more focus on my other station, [AC] WLXT (Lite 96FM), and to continue as host of northern Michigan's most-listened-to morning show on 106KHQ," Goode tells ST Daily. When we hit up Mr. Box about his first PD gig, he told us, "I'm taking over a bad-ass station with great numbers. There's a great staff in place, and the station was handed to me in great position. We're just moving ahead and plan to stay our course." (Tue, 8/19)
