• Country WTWS FM 92.1 and classic hits WUPS FM 98.5 were granted licenses to cover to swap their communities of license (WTWS now licensed to Houghton Lake, WUPS to Harrison). WTWS was also granted its license to cover for its new broadcast location - the station now operates from the same tower as WUPS in Roscommon county near Houghton Lake. Both stations are owned by Coltrace Communications.


• College WVAC FM 107.9 Adrian was granted its license to cover for changes (move to a new broadcast tower on Adrian's campus).


• No notable activity for April 22nd.
