• Classic hits WLKM-FM 95.9 Three Rivers was granted its license to cover to increase power to 3,600 watts @ 425 feet from 3,000 watts @ 289 feet. The station's pattern is now directional from a new tower location just to the southeast of its old location.

 

• FM translator W214BH 90.7 Mt. Pleasant was granted a modification to its construction permit; it will change frequency to FM 101.3 as W267BD and reduce power from 100 to 1 watt and operate with a directional pattern from WMHW-FM's tower.

 

• No notable activity for October 19.
