• Smile FM has been granted a construction permit for a new FM station on 89.3 to be licensed to Harbor Beach. The Class C3 station would operate 12,000 watts @ 476 with a directional pattern from a tower located south of Bad Axe.
• Construction permit granted to FM translator W261BP 100.1 Hillsdale to move to 100.7 as W264CB and change community of license to Reading. The translator would also move to the southwest.
