A work injury that brought Linda Lee's assembly line career at Ford Motor Co. to a halt nearly 20 years ago seemed devastating for the then-single mother in her late 20s. Now, the Detroit country radio personality looks back at the incident -- in which Lee developed permanent nerve damage in her hands -- as a "blessing in disguise." "I absolutely love my job," said Lee, who moved to Hamburg Township last year. " I love country music. It couldn't have worked out any better." Lee -- half of the Edwards & Lee Show team at Detroit's WYCD 99.5 FM country radio station -- landed a career in radio after taking advantage of a worker's compensation program that allowed her to earn a degree from Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts in Southfield...
