WRAX FM 98.9 was granted its license to cover; the station has remain silent through August, 2010. It is now licensed to Lake Isabella, having previously moved its construction permit from Walhalla in Mason County. It is licensed for 250 watts @ 49 feet. Should the station begin operations, it will cause a crowded frequency on 98.9 in the area as there is already a licensed LPFM (WQOS) on 98.9 in Mt. Pleasant, just miles east of the location of what would be WRAX in Isabella County.
